The Metal Fabrication Division of Eberl Iron Works specializes in the custom shearing and forming of metal sheets and plates. We also provide hole punching, notching, welding and finishing services for metal (steel). A comprehensive stock of hot and cold rolled metal sheets and plates, galvanized metal sheets and metal floor plates are inventoried to expedite the urgent requirements of our customers. Since its establishment in Buffalo, New York (NY) in 1923, Eberl Iron has been serving the metal fabrication needs of commercial customers in various industries. Our Metal Fabrication division is dedicated to providing custom steel fabricated products that both meet and exceed the expectations of our diverse markets. Whether we are fabricating custom metal stairs pans, metal floor plates treads, metal stair treads, metal concrete forms, metal canopies and dock shelters, steel sidewalk, curb and gutter forms, our Metal Fabrication department provides both timely service and quality products. |

Eberl Iron Works provides commercial custom-formed stair pan risers and floor plate stair treads for the miscellaneous metals and structural steel industries. We are able to custom fabricate stair treads and stair pan risers, including pans with a sanitary cove. Since we stock our material right on our floor, we are able to fill orders in a matter of days, faster if required. Dock Shelter Canopy Hoods are typically used in the loading dock and door industry for covering the canvas or plastic dock covers on shipping docks. Also known as metal dock shelter hoods, they provide protection for dock shelters from snow, ice and other weather elements. Eberl Iron Works has been manufacturing dock shelter hoods for the dock and door industry for over twenty-five years. Through effective cost control measures, we now offer the most efficiently manufactured and durable dock shelter hoods in the industry, in various gauges and sizes. Our custom hoods are offered in G90 galvanized material or in powder-coated to match your requirements.
