IT Intern hired through TCIE

Eberl Iron Works Inc. is pleased to announce the addition of a new member to its team. 

Vishwac Sena Kannan, from Tamil Nadu, India comes to us through our partnership with the Center for Industrial Effectiveness at the University at Buffalo.  Vishwac joined us in December, 2006.  He is a graduate of S.R.M. Engineering College, Madras University, Chennai, India.  He is currently pursuing his Masters in Computer Science and Engineering at the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Vishwac has worked with the SNePS Research Group and the Virtual Reality Drama Group, both at UB, to build speech recognition capabilities into their Virtual Reality agents.  He was previously employed as a software engineer by Virtusa Corporation, Chennai, India.

Vishwac will stay with us through August, 2007.  He will be working on various IT, e-commerce and website projects for us.  Welcome Vishwac!
