Custom Formed steel shapes are available in many types of material and lengths. Eberl Iron Works, Inc. has been custom forming steel since its beginning in 1923. Formed steel shapes are commonly used in manufacturing and construction. Some applications include; equipment parts, tension rails, loading dock levelers, stair pans, stair treads, landing pans, concrete pour stop, lintels, building corner guards, equipment framing, building enclosures, perlins, girts, sub-girts, door jambs, pipe guards, equipment guards, expansion joint covers, wind load dead load clips and down spout covers. Eberl Iron Works, Inc. utilizes CNC equipment and quality tooling to assure accurate dimensions and quality on our finished steel forms. We can work with materials ranging from hot rolled and cold rolled steel, stainless steel, aluminum, pre-galvanized steel, copper, brass and more.

Down Spout Covers are custom formed to provide building owners with the necessary design to accommodate their specific scenario. Down spout covers also known as downspout guards are commonly used to protect pipes, electrical cabling duct work and other building mechanicals that would be damaged by facility vehicles. Down spout covers are typically formed out of quarter inch steel in a hat section. Thicker and thinner options are available upon request.
