The Hydra-Dome Lock Assembly easily installs onto the hydrant dome and spins free once secured. Dome Lock will not unlock without using the special security tool (included). The tamper proof security design of the Hydra-Dome Lock cannot be accessed or defeated with normal tools. Hydra-Dome Lock fits most standard fire hydrants.
